Webb Wilder, "The Last Of The Full Grown Men," is large enough for the big screen, hip enough to star in cult classic B movies, and tough enough to maintain a devoted worldwide fan base through a relentless never ending tour schedule. But no one describes Webb quite as well as the man himself. He claims to be "the last of the boarding house people; a four eyed guy who doesn't smile a lot, but who doesn't frown much either; an outsider who feels as though he's on the wrong side of the tracks no matter where he's at; and a guy who knows every thrift shop and plate lunch joint in town." As for his band Webb says, "We play both kinds of music, Rock and Roll."

One of the best shows I have seen in Nashville in the past few years. All three bands were incredible. First time I had heard the Cold Stares- and if you don't know the band, you will eventually. They were insanely bad ass and original, and I've never heard so much sound from 2 fellows. Roman Candle had a tough act to follow- but did their rock-americana thing in the Son Volt style. Rocco was mesmirizing and sounded great as well. Again- best lineup I've seen all year. Collapse

Bobby Long is returning to Nashville and the 3rd and Lindsley Bar after a great showing there in April. I drove all the way from Baltimore to not miss the chance to see him play in his first shows in the US and I was NOT disappointed! His love of Americana, folk, and country greats such as Dylan, Guthrie, and Hank Williams,resonates through his melodies and soulful/heart felt lyrics. This time around he has only gotten better (saw him in Philly a few weeks ago)and was blown away even more than a scant 3 months ago. Don't miss an opportunity to restore your faith in the future of music! Collapse
