    Flavors of Nashville is a unique annual fundraising event that brings 15 of the area's top chefs together to offer their signature cuisine to a limited number of guests in an intimate and exclusive setting. Each chef designs their own menu and prepares a five-course meal, complete with complementing wines, for one table of 10 guests. The chefs also design their table setting to reflect their cuisine and personal flair using their own china, silver, crystal and centerpieces. The gala opens with a cocktail reception, hors d'oeuvres samplings from each of the chefs, entertainment, and a silent auction. During the cocktail hour, a random drawing takes place that pairs the guests' table with their chef for the evening. The guests are escorted to their table by their chef and the evening begins. Patrons love hearing about the food and wine from the chef; and with each table having a different chef, menu and decor, it truly is an exciting culinary evening. All proceeds benefit the American Liver Foundation Mid-South Division.

    The American Liver Foundation is a 501(c)(3) national, voluntary health organization dedicated to research, education and advocacy for those affected by liver-related diseases, including hepatitis. More than 30 million Americans are or have been afflicted with a liver, bile duct, or gallbladder disease. Hepatitis C, the most alarming liver disease, currently infects more than four million Americans. City Chic Attire.
