Nashville will once again celebrate July 4th like only the Music City can -- with great music and the nation’s best fireworks display! Country music star Trace Adkins will headline the “Music City July 4th: Let Freedom Sing!” celebration in Riverfront Park. The show line-up will also include Julianne Hough, Jaci Velasquez, the Grammy-winning Nashville Symphony Orchestra (NSO) and Nashville actor Barry Scott. Former American Idol contestant and CBS “Early Show” contributor Ayla Brown will perform the national anthem.

Downtown festivities will begin at noon with the free Family Fun Zone featuring inflatables and games for all ages. Musical artists including Jordyn Shellhart, Calico Trail, Damien Horne and Jessie James will be performing on the NowPlayingNashville.com stage from 1:00pm-6:00pm.

The official two and a half hour concert will kick off at 7:00pm and will conclude with the South's largest fireworks show at approximately 9:30pm arranged by Pyro Shows and choreographed to music by the NSO.

House Policies: To insure the safety of all July 4 spectators, personal watercraft will only be allowed on the outside of the bridges (Shelby St. and Woodland St.). No alcoholic beverages inside the park. No backpacks or coolers. No tall lawn/camping chairs. Small seat cushions and ground chairs are allowed. No umbrellas. All food and drinks brought must be in a clear, see-through container.
