The Center for the Arts presents The Jungle Book Kids. The story centers on Mowgli, a man-cub raised by wolves, who seeks his place in the world by making his way through the jungle back to humankind. He escapes the cruel intentions of Kaa the conniving snake, and Shere Kahn, the self-proclaimed king-of-the-jungle tiger, with the help of his friends and protectors, Bagheera the wise panther, Baloo the big bumbling bear, and the jungle. Mowgli’s adventures continue with King Louie, the king of the monkeys, and his kin, until he finally finds peace after encountering Shanti, the girl who leads him back to the man-village.
