    Join in the fun at the Shelby Bottoms Boogie for CASA! On September 26th, the 10th Annual Shelby Bottoms Boogie 15K/5K race will be held in Shelby Bottoms Park in East Nashville. That Saturday, hundreds of runners and walkers will enjoy a flat, fast race course along the Cumberland River while raising money for a great cause. This family-friendly event is open to all ages and features post-race festivities, refreshments, and prizes for age group winners. All proceeds from the race benefit CASA of Davidson County's volunteer program.

    Not ready to run or walk, but want to help out and support CASA? Be a race volunteer! You will receive a free race tote and other goodies - and our lasting appreciation. For more information or to sign up, email Jenny at jmagill@casa-nashville.org or call (615) 425-2383.

    Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Davidson County is a non-profit organization that trains and supports community volunteers to be Special Advocates for children who have been victims of abuse or neglect. Since 1984, CASA's program has helped thousands of children find safe, permanent homes and break the cycle of abuse.
