Survive & Thrive Cancer Survivors Conferences

Cancer survivors and family members will have a chance to learn more about survivorship during two concurrent free conferences at Vanderbilt University. 

Survive & Thrive Childhood Cancer Conference is for the parents of childhood cancer patients and survivors, as well as teachers, healthcare professionals and other adults whose lives are touched by cancer.

Survive & Thrive Conference for Young Adults offers survivors in their late teens, 20s and 30s the opportunity to learn about planning for life after cancer, nutritional health, relationships and legal issues. Speakers include Debra L. Friedman, M.D., medical director of the REACH for Survivorship Program at Vanderbilt, and Heidi Adams, founder of Planet Cancer.
