Out the Box recording artist Freddy Jones Band brings its unique blend of roots rock to Nashville on Sunday, August 30. Tim Brantley opens. The Freddy Jones Band return in 2009 with Time Well Wasted. Throughout the 90’s, this Chicago based group made their mark with endless tours across the U.S. And built a rapid live following. From 1993-1999, they had five major label releases on Capricorn Records including: Waiting for the Night (1993), self-titled independent release The Freddy Jones Band (1993), North Avenue Wake Up Call (1995), Lucid (1997), and Mile High Live (1999).

The Freddy Jones Band gained national notoriety with AAA Radio hits “In a Daydream” and “Take the Time,” and have shared the stage with great musicians like Widespread Panic, Phish, Sheryl Crow, Dave Matthews and Matchbox 20, among countless others. This first new release in nearly a decade features ten live performances and three brand new studio tracks.
