Belmont Faculty member, Dr. Judy Skeen, School of Religion, will explain and discuss what humans can learn from horses about being whole. As we find ourselves more and more separated from the rhythms of nature and the power of our own embodied living, are we losing some of our ability to be restored by the world and the creatures around us? Are bounds possible between species that can teach us about ourselves and our world? Come explore the possibilities through focus on the relationships between horses and humans.

This event is part of Belmont University's Eighth Annual Humanities Symposium, which this year is centered on the concept Nature and the Human Spirit. Be sure to check out the long program schedule and short program schedule.
