    Painting Portraits: An Artists Perspective  will be led by Michael Shane Neal, a world renowned portrait artist,  who will delight and entertain you as he gives a Powerpoint presentation of his paintings, all the while telling fascinating stories about his famous subjects. Since winning the 2001 International Portrait Competition, Neal has been able to paint U.S. Sen. Robert C. Byrd, Sen. Bill Frist and family, U.S. Sen. Arlen Specter and Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O'Connor, among others.
