Join us every Wednesday evening for Yoga at Centennial Park. A wonderful way to unwind from your day, enjoy the outdoors and have some fun. Leah Lillios, owner and director of Kali Yuga Yoga, will lead this beginner based practice each week highlighting some of the basic yoga poses and how to perform them safely and effectively. Great for the weekend warrior looking to add some flexibility to compliment an active lifestyle or the desk jockey who needs a mid-week break! Donations accepted on behalf of the Yoga Scholarship Fund. All levels and abilities welcome!
