    Perhaps the most integral part of the Meisner approach, in Level Three, actors learn to have emotional truthfulness that is appropriate to the imaginary circumstances using monologue text from Edgar Lee Masters' SPOON RIVER ANTHOLOGY. This class works with the actors for an emotional preparation technique.

    Meisner developed a series of exercises to be taken in sequence. It is important that all actors begin at Level One regardless of experience. Classes are held once a week. In addition, students are required to work with partners outside of class 2-3 times per week. To really absorb the technique, students must put in the time.
