Middle Tennessee Mental Health and Substance Abuse Coalition Partners with the Tennessee Performing Arts Center for Fall Art Exhibit Artwork created by the participants of the Creative Arts Project will be on view at the Tennessee Performing Arts Center (TPAC) beginning November 1. The exhibit will include various mediums from artists across Middle Tennessee.

The Creative Arts Project is sponsored by the Middle Tennessee Mental Health and Substance Abuse Coalition (MTMHSAC). The MTMHSAC was established to enable persons with mental illness and substance abuse disorders to express their creativity through art and to help combat stigma within the community about mental illness, alcohol and drug abuse by displaying artwork.
