Are you sweet like Sally? Does your beagle look just like Snoopy? See a little of Charlie Brown when you look in the mirror? On October 24, 2009, Gaylord Opryland Resort will hold a Peanuts Look-A-Like Contest just in time to wait for the Great Pumpkin on Halloween! Soon after that, Charlie Brown and Snoopy and the gang will make Gaylord Opryland their home this year for the much anticipated ICE! featuring A Charlie Brown Christmas experience which will include room after room of larger-than-life ice sculptures telling the story of Charlie Brown's quest to find meaning in Christmas. ICE! is sponsored by Coca Cola. Charlie Brown and Snoopy will be there in person to host the contest which will be held at the resort's ICE! Theater across from Opry Mills Mall.

Categories include: Best Snoopy Look-A-Like (dogs only) 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. Best Peanuts Character Look-A-Like (adults/children) 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. 1st Place winners (1 per category) each receive 4 ICE! tickets, A Charlie Brown Christmas DVD, will represent Gaylord Opryland as the Look-A-Like winners by riding on the ICE! featuring A Charlie Brown Christmas float in the Nashville Christmas Parade December 4, 2009, plus will have their photos taken to be submitted to the Peanuts 60th Anniversary Photo Look-A-Like Contest.

Free Halloween treats will be provided for all "Snoopies" by See Spot Eat, Nashville's only storefront dog bakery. Free Halloween goodies will be provided to children by Gaylord Opryland. Cokes provided by ICE! sponsor Coca-Cola. Coupons to ICE! featuring A Charlie Brown Christmas, and other A Country Christmas attractions will be available. There is no fee to enter the Peanuts Look-A-Like contest. Free parking is available across the street from the theater. This event will be held rain or shine.
