Announcing KAMERA SUTRA, Nashville's only monthly short film exhibition! KAMERA SUTRA is an hour-long event exhibiting the very best in area AWARD-WINNING SHORT FILMS, DOCUMENTARIES, ANIMATION, EXPERIMENTAL and MUSIC VIDEOS. Each month's short films will also be broadcast on Nashville's MEAC Channel 9, as well as be posted on www.KAMERASUTRA.com. The $5 admission goes towards the non-profit Belcourt Theatre's High-Definition Digital Projector fund.

Films are created to be seen with an audience, but most short films go unseen and unknown. We aim to highlight our area's diverse filmmakers, whose work have been selections at worldwide film festivals including Sundance, Cannes and SXSW (as well as huge internet sensations).

However, we also are cultivating Nashville's film scene, feeding those hungry for diverse and inventive films on a regular basis. Our monthly event is already becoming a Nashville art staple, and we want to continue to push the boundaries of our filmmakers and our audience. Join us for your monthly Film Enlightenment.
