A longtime favorite of Nashville audiences, Annie Sellick's local appearances are rare and carefully-chosen. Her upcoming Snap on 2&4 at the Nashville Jazz Workshop is therefore a major event. Joining Annie will be pianist Kevin Bales and drummer Justin Varnes from Atlanta, and bassist Elisa Pruett from Charlotte, NC.
Annie has been closely associated with the Nashville Jazz Workshop for the past 10 years. In addition to being a featured performer, she now teaches vocal classes there. Once a fixture in the Nashville clubs, Annie now tours extensively, appearing in concerts, festivals, and listening rooms. She has four CD's to her credit, and has recorded and performed with the likes of Joey DeFrancesco, Bruce Forman, and Gerald Clayton.
