This event is held in honor of Joseph Peabody, whom, at the tender age of 3, in November of 2007, was diagnosed with a Glioblastoma Multiforme brain tumor, located in his cerebellum and brain stem. After several brain surgeries, radiation, and clinical trial chemotherapy, Joseph passed on August 21st, 2008, the day after his 4th birthday. So, whether you plan on racing, jogging, or just walking the 5 kilometer course in Centennial Park in Nashville, join us to celebrate Joseph’s life and our cause to find a cure for childhood cancer.

In loving memory of Joe P., this event is held to raise money for pediatric cancer research, specifically brain tumors. All money raised will go to the Rally Foundation for Childhood Cancer Research which funds better treatments with fewer long-side effects and cures for childhood cancers.
