Lipscomb University is honored to present Laura Barger, pianist, in the Faculty & Friends Concert Series at 8:00pm Nov. 10, in Lipscomb's Ward Hall. The concert is free and open to the public. Barger has performed internationally both as a soloist and chamber musician at The Lucerne Festival in Switzerland, Canada's Banff Centre for the Arts, Darmstadt International Summer Festival for New Music in Germany, and throughout New York. Barger is a founding member of Yarn/Wire, a piano and percussion quartet committed to exploring and expanding the body of works for that instrumentation since Bartok.
