Lipscomb University presents Avalon Trio, a student ensemble, at 8:00pm on Monday, Nov. 2, in Ward Hall. This event is free and open to the public. Lipscomb University's Avalon Trio is composed of undergraduate students Julian Calvin, pianist; Joel Campbell, violinist; and Kenneth Coca, cellist. Selections for the concert include music by Mendelssohn and Shostakovich, The Lipscomb University Avalon Trio is coached by music professor Jerome Reed. It provides a rare opportunity for undergraduate music students to become an integral part of a small ensemble that performs live.
