    The show that made country music famous returns to its most famous former home, the historic Ryman Auditorium in downtown Nashville for a special wintertime run, Tuesday, November 3, 2009 - Saturday, January 30, 2010. The Opry celebrates this special Sprint Sound & Speed weekend in Nashville by welcoming some of NASCAR's best o the stage as Opry guest announcers Friday night.

    Scheduled to perform tonight are: Jason Michael Carroll, Danny Gokey, Kyle Petty, Chris Young, Jimmy Dickens, The Whites, Mike Snider, George Hamilton IV, Jean Shepard, John Conlee, Jack Greene, Jim Ed Brown, Bill Anderson, and Bobby Osborne & Rocky Top Express. Guest announcers for the evening are: Greg Biffle, Jamie McMurray, and Miss Sprint Cup.

    Schedule Changes: The lineup for each Grand Ole Opry show is not completely finished until just a few days before the show. Artists are posted to the Opry website as soon as appearances are confirmed (artists and schedule subject to change). Plan to check back often, as most times artists' appearances are not confirmed until one to two weeks prior to the show date.
