Film Nashville Town Meeting and Nashy Award

Join us for the annual State of the Industry event with speakers from Nashville organizations related to film and television will provide updates, answer questions and encourage discussion of our local filmmaking community and business. The Town Meeting will be followed by the annual presentation of the Nashy Award, presented for Outstanding Contributions to the Growth of the Nashville Filmmaking Community. Past recipients have included Armanda Costanza, founder of AC Inc; John Cherry, creator of the Ernest movie franchise; Jim Ridley, managing editor of the Nashville Scene; and Coke Sams, director, producer, writer of numerous works.
