The Frist Center for the Visual Arts and WAMB-AM present Senior Mondays, a series of events for those who admit their "senior" status. On these days, gallery admission and parking is discounted for seniors. Visitors may also donate non-perishable food items to Second Harvest and receive free admission. Seniors receive a 15 percent discount on Gift Shop purchases and on Frist Center Cafe refreshments purchased during the event. Seniors are invited to enjoy a live radio broadcast by WAMB's Harry Stephenson in the Grand Lobby. Special gallery talks and other activities are scheduled throughout the day.
