Sponsored by the Tennessee Architecture Foundation (TAF), this traveling exhibit features 25 photographs by Richard Barnes of the early design work of the Tennessee Valley Authority in its contemporary context. The images juxtapose the gigantism of power plants and steam turbines with smaller human scenes of fishing and pool cleaning.

The mission of the Tennessee Architecture Foundation is to stimulate, foster and increase the awareness of architecture , with the vision of a society that participates in the shaping of the built environment. The exhibition was brought to Clarksville courtesy of TAF Board Member Lane Lyle of Lyle Cook Martin Architects.

Helpful Information: Children under age 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times and in all areas of the Museum. Free parking for Museum visitors is available behind the Museum at the top of the hill off South Second Street. Sundays are free for everyone!
