Self-Care for the Caregiver Critical information about caregiving, the stress inherent to the caregiver role and how caregivers can take care of themselves are highlighted in this program. The goal of this program is to provide caregivers with resources and information that will help them provide support to their loved ones without forgetting the importance of caring for themselves. Mimi Fondren, House Manager of Hospital Hospitality House will be presenting the workhops at East Park Community Center located at 600 Woodland Street. These programs are always free and open to the public.
