This presentation provides information about hospital structure, staffing and specific roles of staff in patient care and management. The goal of this program is to provide patients and families with the knowledge they need to become active and informed participants in their healthcare by familiarizing them with the hospital environment and internal structures. Mimi Fondren, House Manager of Hospital Hospitality House will be presenting the workshop at the East Park Community Center located at 600 Woodland Street.
