Hailing from East Texas Mike McQuerry was brought up to believe that he could be anything that he wanted to be - and a songwriter was just what he became. He's written, in his own words, " a big ol’ pile of songs and got a bunch of them cut by a bunch of awesome folks around Texas, and one or two even found there way to Texas radio." He's been in Nashville now since 2008, and has been managing CJ Garsee since 2006- after meeting at a Hurricane Rita relief writers' round.
Cary Stone got his his first break as lead guitarist for Clay Walker, which lead him to a coveted opening spot with then soon-to-star Tracy Byrd. He found himself in Nashville in 1994, and has been here ever since. Signed to a string of publishing deals, and working with high profile producers, he got a call from Tracy Byrd to go out on the road again. He currently is playing acoustic guitar for Mark Chestnutt and working on his own album.
With a voice radio can get its arms around, a look the camera loves and a personality that warms the room, C.J. Garsee definitely has what it takes to be “The Next Rising Star!” So much talent has come out of southeast Texas in the recent past it is beginning to appear to some as the “New Nashville”. From this pool of talent another fresh new artist, C.J. Garsee, is cutting her own path to bring “her” brand of music to the forefront. C.J. is an up and coming singer/songwriter with a sound all her own. Her blend of melodious styles and heart hitting lyrics has an unmistakable signature that is sure to catch the listener’s ear and keep their toes tapping.
Hailing from Shreveport Louisiana; Daniel Smalley is an up and coming singer/songwriter with a soulful sound. Daniel has been performing with The Twangsters Union for the last several years around Southwest Louisiana and Southeast Texas, covering everything from Conway Twitty to Mark Broussard and building a following. Recently Daniel began persuing a solo career and is wrapping up his debut album.

Just caught Dan Smalley's act at Fat Jacks Oyster Bar, a small venue in Texarkana, AR. Wasn't too bad a show until he crow hopped across the bar hitting the waitress in the face knocking her out. Nice... Expand
