By age nine, Jamie Teachenor was fronting bands to play country and boogie-woogie in local bars. His indescribable talent to sing and play the piano often drew crowds from the surrounding area and landed him in local papers. Jamie co-wrote Blaine Larsen’s debut hit single, “How Do You Get That Lonely” with Rory Feek. The song has proven to be one of the most touching and true pieces to emerge out of Nashville in years.

Odie Blackmon is a Nashville songwriter with the following credits to his name: 2005 Grammy Nominee for song of the year “I May Hate Myself In The Morning” recorded by Lee Ann Womack, Writer of the 2005 Country Music Association’s song of the year “I May Hate Myself In The Morning,” 2005 Acadamy Of Country Music nominee for song of the year “I May Hate Myself In the Morning,” Writer, George Strait’s 50th number 1 Hit “She’ll Leave You With A Smile,” Writer, Gary Allan’s number 1 Hit “Nothing On But The Radio,” and ten other album cuts from various Allan records, Winner of three American Society of Composers, Authors, and Publisher Awards, Winner of Nashville Songwriter Association International’s “Ten Best Songs of 2005” for “I May Hate Myself In The Morning,” Billboard Magazine’s Number 1 Hot Country Songwriter, Writer, “I Believe” on the Mel Gibson movie soundtrack, “When We Were Soldiers” performed by Tammy Cochran. Other songs recorded by Martina McBride, Blake Shelton, Cindy Thompson, Andy Griggs, Rachel Proctor, Marty Brown, Arron Tippin and more.

Jay Knowles is a Nashville Country Songwriter by day and Jay Knowles by night, his songs have been recorded by George Strait (the Number 1 song "She'll Leave You With A Smile,") of course Jack Ingram ("Love You,") Blake Shelton, Montgomery Gentry, and Billy Ray Cyrus among others. And he's okay with that. "The Jay Knowles Record" was produced, recorded, and performed after midnight by Jay Knowles in his studio, with a little help from friends. Jay Knowles continues to write and record new songs for professional hillbilly singers to cover as well as for a second edition of "The Jay Knowles Record."
