Davis-Kidd is hosting a special musical event to celebrate the life and music of Ruth McGinnis. Ruth, a classical/crossover violinist and favorite Davis-Kidd performer with her Acoustic Trio for several years, passed away on October 6, 2009, from ovarian cancer.

There will be performances by the Acoustic Trio (Karin Simmons, Denis Solee, Ronnie Brooks and Gary Smith), Amy Grant, Erin McGinnis Long, Christopher Davis and Jim Dausch. Ruth's books and cd's will be for sale with 20% of all sales going to The Estuary, a non-profit organization offering integrative therapy, a synergy of psychotherapy and energy healing. The therapies of The Estuary assist individuals to actualize their innate healing potential. The Estuary was integral to Ruth's care before and during her cancer treatments.

Please join us for a wonderful night of music in honor of a friend who will be greatly missed.
