    Singer, songwriter, and pianist Vanessa Carlton will headline the Bridgestone Stage at the Nashville Pride Festival on Saturday June 19, 2010 at Riverfront Park. She is best known for her singles “Ordinary Day” and “A Thousand Miles” from her debut album Be Not Nobody.

    Other confirmed acts include Megan McCormick, Kaci Battaglia and local favorites Space Capone. Additional acts will be announced as they are confirmed.

    The 22nd annual Nashville Pride Festival takes place at Riverfront park on Saturday June 19, 2010 from 11:00am-6:00pm and features two stages with local/national touring acts and over 100 vendors from around Nashville. The festival attracts over 18,000 people each year. The purpose of the Nashville Pride is to maintain a sense of community and awareness of, about and for gay lesbian bisexual transgender people and culture throughout Middle Tennessee.
