RR (Railroad)
April 10, 2010
Add Review/Comment
An ambivalent history of Manifest Destiny told through shots of trains moving through the landscape. Benning's minimalist aesthetic RR produces a subtle political critique of American over-consumption and the tumultuous history of railroads, which changed the landscape of the American West. The director will be present to provide an introduction and facilitate a post-screening discussion.
