Louis has been cast to star with Ricky Gervais in a new film entitled "This Side of the Truth", which is written and directed by Ricky Gervais.

Louis was the star and creator of HBO's first and only multi-camera sitcom "Lucky Louie" which ran for one season and then was cancelled.

Louis starred in his own one hour standup special on HBO called "Louis C.K.: Shameless" which was critically acclaimed. A year later, he shot his second Hour Special called "Louis C.K.: Chewed Up" at the Berklee Performance Center in Boston Mass.
