While working in the clean up of the flood, we kept noticing furniture, chairs especially, all piled up to be tossed out as trash. This auction and wine tasting will raise funds for Nashvillians who lost everything in the flood.
We have collected 80+ chiars from flooded homes with the permission from the homeowners. They have been cleaned and sanded by men at the Nashville Rescue Mission and now are being painted by musical, visual artist, sports stars and politicians. On the 12th we will auction them with these proceeds going back into the affected community.
