Cellist Felix Wang and Pianist Craig Nies join forces to celebrate the birth years of three great composers: Frederic Chopin and Robert Schumann’s 200th and Samuel Barber’s 100th. The program will include Chopin’s last large work, the G minor cello sonata, Barber’s early cello sonata, and brilliant shorter works by Chopin and Schumann.
