2010 ACME Multisports Music City Triathlon

This event is staged on the east side of the Cumberland River in the area around LP Field, home of the Tennessee Titans. The swim will be in the Cumberland River, starting and finishing from the east side. It will not be a point to point swim, but rather a rectangular course. The bike course will be a two-loop 20k course totaling 40k on Ellington Parkway. Ellington Parkway will be completely closed to traffic during the event. The run course will be a two-loop 5k course totaling 10k of running on both the east side and the west side of the river in the downtown business district.

Intermediate Distance = 1.5k swim / 40k bike / 10k run
Short Distance = 400yd swim / 20k bike / 5k run
