Voted Best New Event by NFocus magazine, Authors in the Round returns to War Memorial for its third year. Featuring 40 authors from across the nation - who join guests for a seated dinner - this evening of great books and sparkling conversation kicks off the annual Southern Festival of Books: A Celebration of the Written Word.

The star-studded lineup of authors scheduled to attend Authors in the Round include Richard Bausch, Melanie Benjamin, Frank DeFord, Holly LeCraw, Jill McCorkle, Audrey Niffenegger, Adam Ross¸ Hampton Sides, Helen Simonson, Lee Smith, former Senator Fred Thompson and Mo Willems.
