Experience the art of storytelling, modern art, and music when acclaimed storyteller David Gonzalez presents this hip adaptation of the classic Russian tale, The Frog Bride.  Set against a stunning backdrop of live video and images by painter Wassily Kandinsky, The Frog Bride is sure to engage the attention of audiences. Live musicians weave original jazz and Prokofiev's music throughout the words and visions. Filled with comic sparkle, this performance reveals the qualities of innocence and discovery in the characters of princes, frogs, witches, and one very enchanted young lady.

Helpful Information: This performance is best enjoyed by children 8 and up. If you have specific questions about performance content or age appropriateness, please call (615) 782-4000 before purchasing your tickets. A limited number of "Pay What You Can" tickets are available day of show only in the theater lobby. Lobby activities begin 1 hour prior to the performance.
