We Care for Kids Day

The Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt has set its 6th annual We Care for Kids Day for Sunday, Oct. 3, at the corner of Children’s Way and 25th Avenue South in Vanderbilt’s Sports Club Field. This free, family fun day includes activities for kids of all ages. From face painting to nutrition tips, all booths will offer information on topics such as music, physical activity, literacy, safety and health. In addition, former patients from the Vanderbilt Childhood Cancer Program, Neonatology Intensive Care Unit and the Pediatric Critical Care Unit will attend this community-wide celebration.
