Engaging, challenging, highly interactive instruction in how to elicit, document, communicate, and validate requirements. We track the responsibilities of the Business Analyst from Project Initiation through Requirements Definition to Deployment, Transition, and Closing. Based on the (provided) IIBA BABOK Guide VER 2.0. Includes a standard toolkit that students use to document requirements and validate the quality of work across all types of requirements, targeting various stakeholder groups, and focusing on key stages of the project life cycle. This is a hands-on seminar that gives business analysts a professional toolkit that they can use on current projects or in the future.
Appropriate for business analysts, IT professionals, technical consultants, and project leads.
