Over the years, former Governor Winfield Dunn has gained the support and admiration of many.

Leaving partisanship behind, the governor worked to make life better for all Tennesseans, not just those in his party or geographic region. The years of Winfield Dunn's governorship, 1971-1975, were a time of change and advancement, through the creation of public parks, publicly funded kindergarten and properly maintained safe highways. In subsequent years, his attention also focused on issues of character, integrity and leadership.

With gratitude for his dedication to our communities, we invite you to join us as we honor former Governor Winfield Dunn with The Joe Kraft Humnitarian Award.
