Fisk Jubilee Singers
February 8, 2011
Add Review/Comment
The original Jubilee Singers introduced "slave songs" to the world in 1871 and were instrumental in preserving the unique American musical tradition known today as Negro spirituals. Under the direction of Professor Paul T. Kwami, this renowned choral ensemble brings the Fisk University legacy to TPAC with a performance specifically designed for middle and high school students.
Grades 5-12.
