International dancer and performance artist Yanira Castro expands her exploration of audience inspired environments utilizing the audience's unconscious behavior to generate sound and dance scores. With the audience and performers together on a field of black rubber mulch, the work journeys with inspirations from filmic moments such as Kurosawa's Ikiru, Visconti's Death in Venice, and Reygadas' Japan. On a journey, the audience and dancers encounter the stark and emotional to highly formal experience(s).
