Governor Phil Bredesen will speak on “The Future of Business in Tennessee” at the next Nashville Business Breakfast at Lipscomb University on Thursday, Oct. 21 in Allen Arena. The breakfast, a networking event highlighting a business leader with local economic impact, will also feature a panel of special guests: Nashville Mayor Karl Dean; Matt Kisber, commissioner of the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development; Rick Doornbos, president and CEO of Hemlock Semiconductor Group; David Geanacopoulos, executive vice president of Volkswagen Group of America; and Byron Smith, executive vice president of Asurion.
The Nashville Business Breakfast is a quarterly series featuring local business leaders presented by Lipscomb University and the Nashville Business Journal.
