The Tennessee Performing Arts Center is introducing a fun and educational wine, spirits and beer tasting series, sponsored by Brown-Forman and the Lipman companies.
During The Art of series, local experts will guide two-hour tastings, highlighting the history, use, and delicate, subtle flavors of wines and spirits. The series includes “The Art of Jack Daniel’s” on Tuesday, October 12, “The Art of Cordials” on Tuesday, December 7, “The Art of Boxed Wine” on Thursday, February 10, and “The Art of Beer” on Thursday, April 7.
"The Art of Cordials" will be led by Tim Laird, the CEO (Chief Entertaining Officer) for Brown-Forman Corporation. Tim is an authority on wines and spirits with more than 20 years experience in the hospitality industry, and is also a gourmet chef and a master at entertaining and execution. The tasting will include 3 liquers: Chambord, Southern Comfort, and Tuaca. Just in time for the holiday season, you'll learn new and exciting cocktail recipes to add to your party's menu. Appetizers, cooking tips, and recipes will be also be provided at each tasting event.
NOTE: This is a 21 and up event. Your Friends at Jack Daniel's remind you to drink responsibly.
