The Rutherford County Christmas Parade's "Bicentennial Christmas" theme has a new parade route. It starts on East Main Street (in front of MTSU president’s home), goes down East Main, around the square, onto West Main, and then ends on Walnut Street. Local bands, churches, scout groups and area businesses work to create a wonderful feeling of Christmas.
