In this comedy-horror show which is based on a story in the Weekly World News, a creature is discovered in a cave, and a family’s clumsy yet good-hearted attempt to integrate the half boy, half bat with the townspeople of Hope Falls, West Virginia, fails miserably. Because of the locals’ prejudice and a father’s jealousy, the Bat Boy runs away with his new love, only to have the entire town learn the truth of his wicked beginnings. Directed by Dr. Anna Filippo.
