Nashville Early Music Project: The Delights of Spring
March 10, 2011
Add Review/Comment
Help wile away the last long weeks of winter with music dedicated to the delights of spring! The Nashville Early Music Project continues their debut season with an aromatic potpourri of selections from far-flung countries and far-flung centuries. Hear krumhorns and cornetti, sackbuts and recorders, viols and gemshorns. Shake off your winter doldrums in merrie olde medieval and Renaissance style. Come join us in welcoming the delights of spring.
A special pre-concert lecture/demonstration of early music instruments will precede the performance. So you can learn something new while you're out.
