Katherine Jacobson Fleisher: Solo Piano

A native of Minnesota, Katherine Jacobson Fleisher's performing career as soloist, duo-pianist and chamber musician, has received international critical acclaim. Her Carnegie Hall debut in 2004 with piano duo partner Leon Fleisher was praised in the New York Times for its "abundant musicality and refined technique".

Concert engagements have taken her to Europe, Norway, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Mexico and Canada as well as the United States. In 2011, she will return to Japan for a solo recital and orchestral engagement.

Currently, she serves on the chamber music faculty at the Peabody Institute of the Johns Hopkins University.
