Encore Theatre Chili Cook-Off

 Chili will be judged on flavor, texture of the meat, consistency, blend of spices, aroma and color. People's Choice chili will be decided by popular vote (votes are $1 each.) Contestants are responsible for all ingredients and tools needed. Cooks should prepare at least two quarts of chili and a legibly written list of ingredients should be prepared and submitted with the chili. Presentation may be a factor in the popular vote. In order to participate in the contest, cooks should bring prepared chili no later than 4:30pm on Saturday. If preparation time is needed, cooks may come in as early as 4:00pm. Winners will be announced during the event.
