Terrazzo 'Windows on Nashville' Home Tour Benefiting Safe Haven Family Shelter

Terrazzo is hosting a public tour of private homeowner residences, Saturday, February 12 and Sunday, February 13 from Noon to 5:00pm. A $5 donation is suggested, and all donations support Safe Haven Family Shelter.

The tour offers an exclusive look inside 10 prestigious residences – seven private homes and three furnished model homes, including a new two-story penthouse. The homes on the tour feature a range of one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans with sweeping views and reflect a broad range of interior design styles – from modern to transitional to an eclectic blend of contemporary and antiques. Tour visitors will be invited to vote for their favorite room and overall home designs.

“This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to visit actual private residences and see how Terrazzo homeowners have applied a variety of stunning design approaches to reflect their personal style,” said Michelle Maldonado, director of sales. “It will be a fun weekend event, and best of all it supports Safe Haven, a wonderful shelter program that serves homeless families with children.”

Terrazzo is located at 700 12th Avenue South, at the corner of 12th and Division in The Gulch, and offers free garage parking for the event. Tour visitors who are also going to the Antiques and Garden Show on Saturday are welcome to leave their cars at Terrazzo and take the free Music City Green Circuit to the convention center. Please note: The Green Circuit bus does not run on Sunday.
