Come and enjoy a baseball game as the Nashville Sounds play the Fresno Grizzlies. The Nashville Sounds return home to Greer Stadium this Tuesday, May 10, to open an eight-game homestand against the Fresno Grizzlies (Giants affiliate) and Sacramento River Cats (Athletics affiliate) of the Pacific Coast League Southern Division.

Highlighting the week's worth of promotions will be two fireworks shows, three Reading Club Games, Teacher Appreciation Night, and Taco Bell Throwback Thursday.

Tuesday night's 7:05 p.m. homestand opener with Fresno will be KRAFT Singles Tuesday Night Tickets, when fans will be able to bring in a KRAFT Singles package wrapper/proof of purchase to the box office for a Buy One Get One Free ticket offer. Gates open at 6:05 p.m.

Wednesday morning's 11:05 a.m. contest is the first Reading Club Game of the homestand, offering students the chance to participate in an on-field, pre-game parade with Ozzie. Students are eligible to win prizes for reaching "home plate" in the program. Gates open a half-hour earlier than normal at 9:35 a.m.

Sounds players will be wearing retro 1980s-style uniforms for another Taco Bell Throwback Thursday while fans enjoy concession stands filled with discounted pricing, such as $2 beer, $2 soft drinks, $2 hot dogs, $2 popcorn, and $2 nachos. Beer sales will conclude at the end of the 6th inning, while Slugger's Sports Bar will sell until the end of game. Fans with Taco Bell receipts and college students with valid college IDs will receive $5 general admission tickets to the game. Game time is 7:05 p.m. and gates open at 6:05 p.m.

Adding to the excitement of the homestand, Friday's 7:05 p.m. series finale with the Grizzlies will end with a bang, as Firestone Friday Fireworks light up the sky following the action on the field. Gates open at 6:05 p.m.
