11th Annual Public Power Lineworkers Rodeo

The event is free and open to the public. Rodeo activities will include a number of competitions between journeymen and apprentice lineworkers, who will battle for professional recognition in events such as the “Hurtman Rescue” and the “Conductor Tie-in.” They will be judged on safety, work practices, neatness, ability, equipment handling and timely event competition. There will also be a Kids’ Zone where children can participate in rodeo events and enjoy a play area.
